VMove is for everyone, regardless of whether you exercise and how active you are. VMove does not recommend specific activities but will provide some examples of different types and intensity for different settings. You can choose activities that you like and can conduct comfortably within your fitness level. Athletes as well as people with disabilities or  health problems that limit mobility can adopt and adapt VMove for their specific needs.

VMove promotes professional physical activity guidelines (e.g. ACSM, The Australian Government and the UK Government) for both exercise and other physical activity.
