ACSM Issues New Recommendations on Quantity and Quality of Exercise

INDIANAPOLIS – The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) has just released
new recommendations on the quantity and quality of exercise for adults, definitively answering the age-old question of how much exercise is actually enough.
Adaptation and examples for different settings are provided in the TEDx Talk and on the VMove Facebook page. Post videos of moving with a group (with their permission) beyond the norms to inspire more people.
